Booking through our website, call centre, or consolidators is considered confirmation that you have agreed to all our terms and conditions once you receive the booking confirmation via email.
A user account will be created automatically on our system upon booking. This account enables you to edit your personal and vehicle details.
We expect all customers to treat our staff in a respectful manner. Any offences against our staff — including verbal abuse — will be taken seriously.
We will make every effort to collect and deliver the vehicle at requested times, but we do not accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, delayed flights, security alerts, severe weather, etc.).
Customers must ensure sufficient time to drop their vehicle with us. Please allow a minimum of 3.5 hours from the flight departure time.
If you book within 8 hours of your travel time, please call us one hour before your arrival. Failure to do so may result in delayed pick-up.
The client must ensure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition, holds a current MOT, valid Road Tax, and is insured in compliance with the Road Traffic Act 1988.
You will be held responsible for any liabilities or costs incurred by your vehicle not complying with the Road Traffic Act.
We reserve the right not to accept vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, vehicles with trailers, or vehicles deemed unfit to drive. An additional charge of £10 per day applies for vans.
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver the vehicle on time, in rare occasions we might take up to 60 minutes depending on traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Due to Luton Airport construction works, delays of up to 2 hours may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to charge for extra days parked; payment will be collected prior to the return of the vehicle. Extended days are charged at £10.00 per day.
A day is counted as a calendar day (midnight to midnight). The drop day and collection day are both counted as separate days.
Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the service. Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the service date; refunds will be issued after deducting a £10.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of travel. Customers wishing to reduce their stay remain liable for the full booked period.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you are returning earlier than booked. Without this notice we may not be able to deliver on time.
All amendments and cancellations must be made via email.
We will not respond to damage claim emails that do not meet our claims criteria. Please read these terms in full before submitting a claim.
Vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner's risk. Do not leave valuables in the vehicle, and remove loose or detachable items (bicycles, roof racks, radio sets, etc.).
We only inspect vehicles for major, clearly visible damage at eye level. We will not be liable for damage that was not visible due to poor weather, poor lighting, or an unclean vehicle at the time of inspection.
We do not accept any liability for the condition of the interior of the vehicle.
Please remove all electronic devices attached to the windscreen (sat nav, dashcams) and any items plugged into the power socket before handing over your vehicle.
It is your responsibility to walk around the vehicle with our driver and point out any existing dents or scratches.
We will not be held responsible for any claims of any nature below £700.00, including dents, bumps, and scratches.
We are not responsible for minor dents, scratches, scuffs, hairline scratches, stone chips, windscreen damage, changes in colour, or damage to alloy wheels, regardless of cause.
Claims for damage will not be considered unless reported to our staff immediately upon vehicle return at the terminal and supported by a written email complaint with photographs submitted within 7 days of collection.
We accept no liability for mechanical, structural, electrical failure, or damage to windscreens, headlights, bulbs, tyres, rims, or alloy wheels however caused while in our custody or during transit.
